By accessing or using the website located at lavernemasonry.com (the "Site"), or by engaging La Verne Masonry ("we," "us," or "our") for masonry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
La Verne Masonry is a masonry contractor providing residential and commercial masonry services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, driveway pavers, walkway construction, and related masonry and concrete work. Services are provided in La Verne, CA and surrounding communities in the San Gabriel Valley.
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute professional engineering, structural, or legal advice. Specific recommendations for your property are made only after an in-person assessment.
Written estimates provided by La Verne Masonry are based on the conditions observed during an on-site assessment. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate - for example, if concealed damage is uncovered after work begins.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be discussed with the property owner before additional work is performed. We do not add charges without your knowledge or approval.
Scheduling is confirmed once both parties have agreed on a start date and, where applicable, a written contract or work order has been signed. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in those situations.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed job, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations with short notice may result in a rescheduling fee if materials have already been ordered or crew time has been committed. The specific terms will be stated in your written agreement.
Payment terms are set out in the written estimate or contract provided before work begins. For most projects, a deposit is required prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Specific deposit amounts and due dates will be stated in writing before you are asked to commit.
We accept payment by check, cash, and other methods confirmed at the time of estimate. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as specified in your written agreement. Work may be paused on active jobs where payment obligations are not met.
Where required by local ordinance, La Verne Masonry will apply for and obtain applicable building permits before structural work begins. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate. You authorize us to apply for permits on your behalf as the property owner where applicable. You agree not to request that we perform permitted work without obtaining the required permits.
La Verne Masonry provides a written warranty on completed work as specified in your project contract. The scope, duration, and limitations of that warranty are stated in the written agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent property modifications, acts of nature, or conditions outside the scope of the original repair.
The content on this Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Verne Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or from services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly first. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation before pursuing litigation.
